When you place an order to purchase product(s) from hzcarcare.co.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This is an automated email which confirms your order details. This automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Please acknowledge that any agreements to purchase products from our website are entirely subject to their availability. In the unlikely event that the items purchased are not available you will be contacted. You will have the option to exchange for alternative product(s); any differences in price will either be paid by you or reimbursed to you. Alternatively, you will also have the option to claim a full refund. If we are only able to fulfil a part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and you will then on dispatch receive a full refund for the unavailable goods.
Payments and transactions will be conducted using GBP. Once a payment has been made the total amount will be debited from your account once we have accepted your offer to purchase from us. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice. Once accepted full payment for your order will be taken immediately. Please be assured that all payments are completely secure and safe to use so that you can purchase with confidence.
We currently accept the following form of payment:

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of making payment. If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note returns can only be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods. All products returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Upon return, products will be inspected by our team. If the item is in resalable condition you will have the option to exchange for alternative product(s). Any differences in price will either be paid by you or reimbursed to you. Alternatively, you will also have the option to return and claim a full refund providing the above conditions set out have been met.
- Please also be advised, any returns or exchanges issued will not include any reimbursement of the initial postage costs.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure that the returned goods are securely packaged to safeguard and preserve the products.
- We advise that you use your local delivery service or courier and that you use signed and insured services as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost items.
- If you are returning an international order please mark the item as ‘returned goods’, as we cannot be liable for any custom charges.
In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty, they must be reported within 30 days of purchase and returned using the above ‘return method’. Upon return, the products will be inspected by our team. Please note that in some cases items may have to be sent back to the manufacturers. We therefore cannot provide an accurate timespan as these investigations may take longer than usual. If the item is found to be faulty, you will have the option to have the product(s) replaced or refunded which will also include reimbursement of postage costs. However if the item is not faulty, the item will be sent back to the recipient’s recorded address and the recipient will be liable for any postage fees incurred where necessary.
Please be aware that there is no warranty offered on any of the products sold by HZ Car Care Ltd. Any warranties offered are entirely with the manufacturer of the product(s) and we cannot be held responsible for any claims.
INCORRECT ORDERS/MISSING GOODS
Please be assured, we do our best to ensure that all orders are supplied and handled correctly. Again, in the unlikely event that the incorrect order has been supplied please let us know via email at email@example.com. We will arrange collection of the incorrect goods and once received we will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible. In the event that goods have gone missing again please contact us via the aforementioned email address. We will contact our couriers to provide further information to help locate missing goods.
By creating a membership account on our website, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, along with restricting any unauthorised access. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You should ensure that any account information is kept confidential and securely protected. Please note selected lines and products may be excluded from discount codes if and when there are any promotions. You will be notified at checkout.
If you select Collection as your delivery option, we will store your order for 1 week. If it has not been collected in this time we will cancel your order and refund via the original payment method.
